We’ve been at the forefront of the UK’s waste industry for the last 100 years, starting up at a time when waste management simply meant taking it away. Today, we provide organisations of all shapes and sizes with cost-effective, sustainable ways to manage waste, lessening its impact on the environment and even transforming it into valuable resources.
Looking to the future, the route to Waste Net Zero requires changes to infrastructure, and a change in approach – from Waste Hierarchy to Carbon Hierarchy. We’ve already made great strides in our own sustainability journey, reducing our carbon emissions by 70% since 2002 and creating a clear path to achieve net zero by 2050.
